hi everyone, been busy these few weeks. no time to post!
ok so this is a quick post!
i've been training for the osim triathlon lately.
however!
a series of unfortunate events kicked in,
last last week, i was already training for the triathlon, until i fell sick -.-
30km in 3 days!
i think they were all wasted...
i didnt managed to ran just as i wanted. i missed my timing of 20mins for 5km by 4mins! D:
